A Serious Man by Coen brothers
I went to see 'A Serious Man' last night by the Coen brothers in a lovely cosy cinema in town.
The story was both hilarious and horrific at once;
Its full of weird inconveniences that turn into miseries for the main character, Larry, who searches for clues, answers, signs...wandering what is that God wants from us? What should we expect from him? and there is no respond to any of our unanswered questions.
Worth it!

I'm just looking through some events and exhibitions in London since I'm going there on thursday to check out London Met Open Day...
This is whats on now:
I already posted photographer Martin Parr, love his bright 'in your fate' shoots. He has a solo exhibition at Rocket gallery untill 31 January 2010.
At V&A there is: Decode: Digital Design Sensations where there are exposed the latest developments in digital and interactive design. Last but not least, if I can make it, David Chipperfield, one of Britain’s leading architects is having an exhibition at the design museum!
One more: The Serpentine Gallery invited German product designer Konstantin Grcic to curate Design Real. Grcic’s selection for Design Real focuses on mass-produced products that have a practical function in everyday life.

DiscoverFoamCity
This Sony ad was made for a new digital camera. Shot in Miami, entitled ‘Foam City’, involves the Downtown area of the city being transformed into a foam-filled wonderland – with whole streets full of foam and bubbles. The world’s largest foam machine has been built especially for the ad...!!!
